Context

We have changed the Warranty Policy, which earlier phased out over 10 years, but now offers 100% replacement over all of 10 years. This also gives a clear differentiator w.r.t. Competition, where they continue to offer 10 year warranty in a phased manner and also have varying warranties basis the part of modular solution.

Creative Ask

We need to plan a series of creatives with the following objectives

- Create excitement leading upto the launch. This is a major change, and will really help the Interior designers in their pitch and conversion
